Terms for return
In case of any defects/deformity or any concern that would be deemed valid by our CRM (Customer Relationship Management), You will be allowed to return /exchange any Product that you are not satisfied with.
Process to apply for refund/return/exchange are as follows :
- Within 7 days of delivering, contact us, and notify the reason for returning/exchanging the product.
- We will schedule a pickup at the same address* where the shipment was delivered.
- After we receive your shipment, our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) department will process your concern for 3-4 days, after which a solution (exchange/refund) will be provided to you.
- The decision of M/s Better Vision shall be final and binding on the aforementioned matters.
- The product should be returned in original condition with original packaging as in which they were received. All invoices and accessories must also be returned.
- Only physical products are eligible for return, Memberships/Subscription or other forms of digital products/services cannot be returned or transferred to any other individual/company.
- Where request for return/exchange of any Product is accepted by Better Vision, then, Better Vision shall provide resolution in such manner as it deems fit at its sole discretion.
- In case of exchange of any Product accepted by Better Vision, Better Vision shall arrange for replacement of said Product with the same Product or an equivalent Product to the buyer when the original product has been received and processed at our warehouse.
- We only accept returns on items purchased from bettervision.in
- Better Vision can refuse to accept the Products for return / exchange, if the aforesaid conditions are not satisfied and / or if the Products are found to have been damaged and not in the original condition.
Can all products be returned /refunded ?
Contact lenses come under medical category and due to their nature of use we don't accept any returns. This is to maintain our promised quality standards and are commitment to provide best standards. We only sell contact lenses in sealed packaging and unworn condition, Hence we don't accept any returns in this category. However, in case of any defects/deformity like folding of lenses, cut in the lenses, etc., You may ask for a replacement which will be subject to are terms of returns.
Eyewear (Sunglasses, Reading Glasses, Safety Glasses and Eye glasses):
We have a 7 days return policy on eyewear product. Please note that any concern regarding return/exchange shall be conveyed to our CRM department within 7 days from the date of delivery. In case of product purchased under special offers* you may only get a replacement.

We strive to offer a seamless buying experience to our customers. With this, we have a very easy cancellation policy set for our customers as below:
- Customers can cancel their order by placing call to CRM (Customer Relationship Management) department (details are given in contact us page) or send an email to into request for cancellation.
- Cancellation would be allowed only till the time the products have not been dispatched from Better Vision warehouse. Post-dispatch, no cancellation is allowed.
Unethical Purchase & Cancellation Policy
- In case of any purchase made through unethical means; by taking advantage of a technical glitch; or by misusing/ the offer terms/guidelines/codes - the particular order/s will be cancelled whatsoever and Better Vision will not be liable to pay any refund to the customers in all such cases.
- Also, if it is observed that a user is placing multiple/bulk orders and is also returning/cancelling the same; Under this circumstance, Better Vision reserves the right to charge a substantial return/cancellation fee (which could also be entire order amount )from the user if charges are also borne by Better Vision.

Q.What if I receive a damaged or broken product ?
A.All our shipment undergo a 2 step quality check to ensure that each product which reaches you in perfect condition. In an unlikely event that you receive a product that is not what you ordered, damaged, broken or has any tampering, We are there for you ! Q.How long does it take for refund/return to be completed ?
A.Based on the method chosen and Pin Code it normally takes 7-14 business days for you to get an exchange or refund issued against your product, assuming that the product is received back to us in its original condition, Here's how it works:
- Pick-up of product (6-10 days)
3-5 days to pick up your product + 3-5 days to deliver back to our warehouse (Total 6-10 days). Note: This time may vary as per courier norms and remains under their external control.
- Quality inspection at warehouse (2-3 days):
Once received at our warehouse, we take 2-3 days for the quality check of the product.
- Confirmation Call (1 day):
Post Quality check, we will call you to confirm receipt and issue resolution immediately.
- Returning exchanged product / Refund of money (If applicable)(6-10 days):
For cash refunds, it may take up to 2-3 days to initiate the refund. It could take up to 3-4 days for the money to be refunded to your bank account, depending on your bank. This time may vary as per courier norms and remains under their external control.
