For Order Value above ₹500

bettervision.in offers free shipping on all orders with a value of/or above ₹500. however in cases of emergency or factors not under our control (Act of God, Emergency Situations, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a reasonable amount for shipping.

For Order Value below ₹500

bettervision.in charges a reasonable shipping charge for orders below the value of ₹500, this is to ensure fast and efficient shipping. Do note that bettervision.in does not earn any profit from shipping costs, however, in some cases the shipping charges might seem to be a bit higher/lower, this is due to the fact that we have decided on a fixed cost of shipping to reduce confusion and improve simplicity, making the order process smooth and easy.

 

International Shipping

bettervision.in charges a reasonable shipping charge for international orders. This is to ensure fast and efficient shipping. Do note that bettervision.in does not earn any profit from shipping costs, however, in some cases the shipping charges might seem to be a bit higher/lower, this is due to the fact that we may have decided on a fixed cost of shipping to reduce confusion and improve simplicity, making the order process smooth and easy. In most cases, shipping cost will be dependent on the product, shipping package weight and volume, time and place of delivery, etc.

We offer support to all our international customers, to our full extent, however, in cases out of our control (Customs and Duty Departments, Damage of shipping package, Loss/Theft in shipping, etc.), we reserve the right to provide a solution that M/s Better Vision deems reasonable.

 

Delivery Time

Any order placed on Better Vision Website is fulfilled within 24-48 hours. (This includes Invoicing, 2 Step Product Quality Check, Verification on Call, Packaging and Manifest Creation). Hence the order is dispatched from our end and handed over to our courier partners within 24-48 hours.

Depending upon your Pin-Code, Location, And norms such as Covid-19 Protocols, your order should be delivered at your doorstep within 6 to 7 days.
