Warranty Requirements:

Please ensure all requirements below are met for us to process your warranty claim.

  • Email the pictures of the product to bettervisionbokaro@gmail.com along with order id and scanned image of invoice of the product.
  • The product should be packed in a single cardboard box and the customer contact details and address should be clearly mentioned on the box (Use a shipping service that offers tracking to ensure delivery of your product. M/s Better Vision is not responsible for packages lost in transit.)
  • A copy of the invoice should be sent along with the product in the cardboard box.

If warranty conditions apply to the defect of your frame, your product will be repaired with spares or replaced with a new one. If the model is not available anymore, you will be refunded the full amount of your purchase as per your bettervision.in invoice. In the event that the damage is not due to a defect in material or workmanship, you will be notified of the repair process and additional charges through email and/or a call.


Warranty Policy:

  • Warranty is only applicable when you buy online from bettervision.in
  • Warranty periods starts from the date of delivery.
  • This warranty includes: damages caused to the product due to manufacturing defects, coating burst/peel off, peeling of color and color fading.
  • Warranty period depends upon the category of product, brand and the discretion of brand.
  • A product will only be replaced by Better Vision on its sole discretion depending on the nature of defects.
  • Better Vision will not be responsible for the warranty of products by other sellers/brands/stores.
  • Better Vision will not be accountable for payments or refunds against any incidental or consequential damages.
  • Better Vision shall remain a mediating body between the consumer and the brand offering the product. The responsibility of Better Vision is limited to conveying the customers concern to the concern brand as soon as possible. (However, we will do everything under our authority to support our customer in any case/issue faced by the customer related to the product purchased by us.
  • Warranty does not cover: Product breakage, scratches, mishandling/manhandling, neglect, abuse, corrosion and rust, loss of components/accessories on customer's part, normal wear & tear, improper use or storage of product, unauthorized modification or repairs, tempering with components/accessories.
  • The period of warranty is displayed on the product page.
  • The decision of Better Vision in respect of the warranty claim shall be final and binding.
